Three weeks ago, Silver Hill Farm became a microbrewery! For Eric's birthday, he received a brewing kit in the mail. Needless to say the intended surprise was quite ruined when the box arrived with a huge beer bottle on it and the words, "Brewery in a Box - Essential Starter Kit".
We started brewing a brown nut ale, which we successfully bottled last night. It smells awesome and should be ready to enjoy in another two weeks time.
