Well there's a first time for everything.
Oscar is officially the first goat to have made it upstairs in our house. After a back-breaking carry from the barn to the house, that at times required two people (who would have thought he was so heavy!), Oscar finally made it upstairs to the tub on vet's orders.
He got a good scrub with zinc sulfate and chlorohexidine to clean the crusts on his back.
He's now on a daily regimen of rubbing off the skin crusts (which he greatly enjoys), then massaging in hydrocortisone cream and coconut oil.
Already after 4 days he's looking 100% better.
