No, this is not a mini Nubian. This is Oscar, a Nigerian Dwarf buck who is now 14 months old. Today we headed into northern Massachusetts and arrived at a llama farm (there were goats too obviously). Oscar is our "Hail Mary" plan for breeding Abby this year. Never mind that he doesn't quite reach her knees, he'll get the job done (with a little help from us!). If all goes well, we should welcome the first generation of Silver Hill Farm mini Nubians this summer.
